Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date. If items have been worn, washed, tags removed, original receipt/invoice lost, or we DO NOT receive it back before the 15 day allowance from which your order was purchased, your return will not be accepted.
To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form which was included in your order.
All Sale merchandise is a Final Sale.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Small Town Gypsy ships all packages using USPS. If you would like your order shipped through UPS or Fed Ex, Please indicate in notes. An additional charge may apply.
We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders placed by 3 pm CST during normal business days will be shipped out the same day excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays. Orders placed after 3 pm CST will be shipped on the next business day.
